Bottom line you have to do both Pressure and Water Bath canning – each is essential depending on what you are preserving and making sure you are doing this safely. This is basic 101 information if you want to can and its essential you understand the food you are canning and what you need to do so your family is able to eat safely all the yummy foods you are preparing to can.
